Welcoming New Patients
We are currently accepting new patients at both our Southside and West End locations. Our providers accept most major insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem, Healthkeepers, Caremore, Aetna, Humana, United Healthcare and many others. We look forward to meeting all of your eye care needs!
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit. For new and established patients, that have not been to our since January 16th, 2024, we ask that you download, print and fill out the following documents prior to your scheduled appointment.
This will save time and supply us with information that will help us ensure an efficient visit with the best possible care.
